HR Service Support Desk

£17.90 per hour + holiday pay
36.50 hours per week
Morgan Hunt are working with one of the leading largest University's in the UK who are seeking a HR Service Support Desk to join their team on a temporary 3 Month rolling contract. You will be performing various administration duties to support the HR Service Manager.
Main Duties:
As a HR Service Support Desk you will be responsible for the below:
- First point of contact for queries, handling various platforms, liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email, letters and call
- Using initiative to enhance service delivery, implement processes, modifications as well as policies
- Managing transactions, ensure Service Level Agreements are met and creating flexible working approach
- Assisting with developing and updating training materials, processing right to work documentations, updating CRM systems and other databases
Requirements:
As a HR Service Support Desk you must have the below:
- Proven experience of working in an HR environment.
- Must have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma certified, ITIL qualified, CIPD qualified
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as customer service
- Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
