Reporting to the Head of Reward & HR Services, the HR Services Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of HR Services to include Pay and Reward (up to management level) Resourcing, HR Systems and Administration Services, Absence, and Health & Wellbeing.
The post holder will leverage technology to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is embedded across the HR Services team, the wider HR team and business managers to ensure the smooth integration of HR policy, systems and processes.
