The Electoral Commission have an exciting opportunity for a HR Support Officer to join their team in London.
Location: London (2 days per week in the office)
Salary: GBP29,911 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (9-month maternity cover)

We are looking for a HR Support Officer to join our small HR team completing all round generalist duties.
HR Support Officer The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent and hardworking individual to support with HR administration. You will be joining a friendly and established team who are all working towards the united goal of providing the business with best in practice processes and systems for their people.
This is a varied role with exposure across a broad variety of teams and stakeholders, for which you will be a key liaison. You will be keen to take full ownership of the role and hit the ground running; we have some exciting on-going projects and initiatives alongside the day-to-day HR activity.
This opportunity would suit someone who is highly organised, a proficient user of Microsoft Office and has an interest in gaining broad experience in HR.
HR Support Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment and selection processes, updating tracking, monitoring applications and pre-employment checks
- Acting appropriately as a representative of the business in order to provide an excellent candidate experience
- Supporting our learning and development offering by providing excellent administrative support from the development through to the delivery of training
- Organising and scheduling training, responding to queries and preparation of materials
- Take on responsibility for managing HR information whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
- General administrative support to the HR team in a range of areas such as onboarding and induction, data input into our HR System, payroll, benefit administration, leavers processes and job evaluation processes
- Work closely and flexibly with the HR Team and provide excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
