Cambridge - Some requirements to be on site so must be willing to travel in to Cambridge as required
I have partnered with a well known education institution to support them on their HR systems journey.
I am looking for a HR Systems & Reporting Lead who will step in and support on any HR system issues to a 2nd / 3rd line level and also someone who will take the lead on reporting and analysis of HR related data.
The successful candidate will not only oversee the general system maintenance and running, but they will also be responsible for collaborating with other stakeholders to identify updates and improvements as necessary, and embark upon these.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of maintenance and configuration of HR systems, including supporting issues to a 2nd / 3rd line level
- Experience managing a team
- Experience providing reports / data analysis in HR related matters, typically using SQL / Cognos
- Experience providing HR systems guidance and analysis at a strategic level
