As the iTrent HR Systems Manager, you will maintain and develop all aspects of the internal iTrent system. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for system improvements and actively participating in the implementation of system changes. Providing technical and operational advice, guidance and documentation to wider system users.
This is a full time, permanent role. Hybrid working in North London will be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HR systems administration function including system upgrades, software and performance testing and management of system permissions and HR system access.
- Be responsible for the upkeep of the iTrent HR system
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and participate on the implementation of changes
- Collaborate with the Head of IT, the wider HR Team and senior management to efficiently schedule and carry out iTrent updates
- Provide training as necessary to Managers and other system users using one-to-one training, computer-based training, formal training sessions, workshops
- Establish clear procedures, processes, and workflows for all Trent activities
- Develop procedures to identify data anomalies or poor user practice on iTrent, and to advise and guide on appropriate corrective action as deemed necessary
- Ensure structures and posts are accurate and maintained
- Manage bulk downloads and uploads
- Work closely with the HR Team and other departments to ensure seamless integrations between HR systems and other business systems
- Take a lead and collaborate with the HR Director to define and prioritise HRIS related projects
- Assess and monitor GDPR risks and compliance levels within HR systems
- Create and maintain detailed process manuals for system operations to prevent single points of failure and facilitate upskilling within the team or business
- Provide expert advice regarding proposed changes to HR system data structures, considering their impact on data integrity and reporting
- Ensure the provision of accurate MI
- Minimise manual reporting and address ad hoc report requests promptly
- Oversee regular validation and integrity checks on iTrent and other system data, ensuring accuracy and optimisation for reporting
