Our globally recognised consumer health FTSE100 company now requires a Senior HR Systems Change Manager to help push process improvements throughout the business. The main focus of the role is to define and execute the change interventions required to drive adoption and embed change across the whole company.
The role will involve making processes simpler, through automation and technology across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience owning the definition and execution of change adoption activities.
- Develop expertise in how to drive change adoption delivery on a Matrix high-profile collection of initiatives enabling enterprise transformation.
- Experience working on complex initiatives that involve multiple change elements across people, policy, process, and technology.
- Ability to influence others.

Location: London
This role is a mixture of remote and onsite work in the Central London Office (1 or 2 days a week onsite).
