Reward & HR Systems Manager

Oakleaf currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward & HR Systems professional with strong experience in managing HR Systems, running end to end benefit processes, and supporting compensation activity. This opportunity is to join a high performing HR function in a UK law firm.
The Reward & HR Systems Manager responsibilities will include:
- Full responsibility for the firm's HR Systems (HRIS, Performance System, Flexible Benefits system).
- Identify areas for system improvements and implement changes & enhancements.
- Ensure systems data is kept up to data and accurate.
- Produce and maintain dashboards.
- Build relationships and work closely with colleagues in other departments to facilitate the efficient and accurate flow of data & reporting.
- Administer end to end company benefits.
- Work with brokers on benefit renewal.
- Ensure employees are kept up to date with benefits on offer and any changed through strong communication.
- Prepare monthly benefit reconciliations.
- Deliver benefits & HRIS induction to new starters.
- Work closely with the payroll team to carry out regulatory processes, including auto-enrolment.
- Benchmark company benefits to ensure competitive offering to attract and retain the best talent. Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the annual salary review process, budget projections, and bonus reviews.
- Prepare and submit salary survey data.
- Complete the regulatory gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap reports.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party system and benefits vendors.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience managing HR Systems and identifying opportunity for improvements.
- Experience administering employee benefits.
- Experience supporting year end compensation processes to include Annual Salary Review and bonus.
- Experience producing regulatory reports including Gender pay gap.
- Advanced excel skills to include VLookups, Pivot tables, Filters, Formulas etc.
- Strong relationship builder and communicator with internal stakeholders and external partners & vendors.
