Reward & HR Systems Manager

  • Permanent
  • Up to £75,000
  • Office Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the office

Oakleaf currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward & HR Systems professional with strong experience in managing HR Systems, running end to end benefit processes, and supporting compensation activity. This opportunity is to join a high performing HR function in a UK law firm.

The Reward & HR Systems Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Full responsibility for the firm's HR Systems (HRIS, Performance System, Flexible Benefits system).
  • Identify areas for system improvements and implement changes & enhancements.
  • Ensure systems data is kept up to data and accurate.
  • Produce and maintain dashboards.
  • Build relationships and work closely with colleagues in other departments to facilitate the efficient and accurate flow of data & reporting.
  • Administer end to end company benefits.
  • Work with brokers on benefit renewal.
  • Ensure employees are kept up to date with benefits on offer and any changed through strong communication.
  • Prepare monthly benefit reconciliations.
  • Deliver benefits & HRIS induction to new starters.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to carry out regulatory processes, including auto-enrolment.
  • Benchmark company benefits to ensure competitive offering to attract and retain the best talent. Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the annual salary review process, budget projections, and bonus reviews.
  • Prepare and submit salary survey data.
  • Complete the regulatory gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap reports.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party system and benefits vendors.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience managing HR Systems and identifying opportunity for improvements.
  • Experience administering employee benefits.
  • Experience supporting year end compensation processes to include Annual Salary Review and bonus.
  • Experience producing regulatory reports including Gender pay gap.
  • Advanced excel skills to include VLookups, Pivot tables, Filters, Formulas etc.
  • Strong relationship builder and communicator with internal stakeholders and external partners & vendors.
