The HR Business Partner position is for a UK-based boutique Bank looking for someone to come in on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This position seeks to engage closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, concerns, and workforce needs in order to ensure alignment with their HR policies and actions, which will assist achieve overall corporate goals and encourage organisational success. As a valuable partner and team member, you will be asked to provide professional HR guidance and advice to corporate leaders on a wide range of people-related issues, including talent management, organisational growth, and employee engagement. This role will also entail mentoring line managers and leaders to develop their people management skills and become self-sufficient.
