This role is responsible for providing HR support covering all aspects, such as providing advice and guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislation. Working closely with the Site Senior Leadership Team to embed the culture and values that are key to the business and supporting all levels of management and employees to ensure the best performance in a motivating environment.
Your role will also play a big part in employee development ensuring every individual should has the skills and capabilities to achieve both personal and business goals.
To be successful:
MCIPD or equivalent
Proven track record in HR ideally from a manufacturing or similar environment
Experience of successfully managing HR teams
Experience of implementing change- practical, technical and strategic
Ability to influence and understand SLT objectives
