Overview:

We are seeking a part time HR Administrator to join our friendly Gatwick office and we want to hear from you! You will be pivotal in supporting the People team in delivering excellent administrative support and advice for to ensure a seamless employee journey from start to finish. This opportunity will allow you to deal with a wide and varied range of roles and people across our diverse business. No two days are the same!

You will be reporting to the Senior People Business Partner and working closely with the Services Divisions this will be an opportunity to advise as well as provide administrative support to the Air Partner Services Business Units and Group Functions. You will also liaise regularly with Payroll, Reward, Learning & Development and partners within the business units.
Responsibilities:
You will:
  • Manage new joiner and leaver administration including ensuring RTW (Right To Work) documents are captured and recorded
  • Support line managers with the recruitment and onboarding process including interviews, drafting job descriptions and inductions
  • Be responsible for issuing offer letters and contracts working with the recruitment Group Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records using SharePoint and the HRIS system
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets; long service, probation, address lists etc
  • Arrange HR inductions and exit interviews
  • Obtain employment references
  • Provide support in relation to merger, acquisition and integration activities
  • Review and update HR policies in line with current legislation
  • General HR administration including:
  • Salary increase correspondence
  • Changes to Terms and conditions
  • Create and update organisation charts for the Group
  • Payroll administration
  • Reply to employment and mortgage reference requests
  • Manage the administration of the employee benefits schemes
  • Update and maintain the HR pages of Air Partner’s Intranet
  • Support the HR Advisor with ad hoc project work
  • Advise employees and managers on HR Policies and processes
  • Support with Group employee engagement activities, including the engagement survey, internal communications and employee resource groups
  • Provide support with reward and recognition activities including values and long service awards
Ensure people records are managed effectively and in accordance with GDPR, Privacy and Data Retention Policies
Qualifications:
  • Experience of working within an Administration role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • An ability to multitask and work with a range of stakeholders in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data
  • Awareness of confidentiality with the HR Environment and ability to work as part of a small team
  • Resilient and able to work in an organisation that is undergoing frequent change due to development and growth
