A global wholesale business is looking to recruit an recruitment and HR administrator to join the HR team who oversee the UK and EMEA markets. The company has been established for hundreds of years and produces many different brands that are world renowned and recognised across the globe. They employ over 3,000 people and have offices in ten countries worldwide. It is one of the most financially secure organisations in its market and have embarked on a global project to bring about consistent business working practices across its entire worldwide operation.
The role will be primarily focused on recruitment with around 20% of your role picking up HR generalist duties. You’ll work across a number of international countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced recruiter, who wants to develop their experience into a more generalist HR role, to take that step. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple corporate vacancies across sales, supply chain, finance and marketing across the UK and EMEA markets.
The successful applicant will be currently working as a recruiter and will have gained experience in recruiting for corporate roles. It’s not essential to have international exposure but it will be advantageous. You’ll possess a proactive, can-do attitude and be someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The company is looking for someone highly organised, with a keen attention to detail. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys collating information and is able to share data with senior stakeholders to support driving people agenda.
In return the company is offering a basic salary of up to £33,000. The business operates a hybrid working model with two days working from home. The office is set in a beautiful location with an on-site, subsidised restaurant and bar. The culture is very down to earth, with an entrepreneurial spirit where you are able to have an impact and influence change. The role is an initial fixed term contract until July 2025.
