Form of workSenior HR Advisor Dungannon Competitive Salary We are delighted to be working with an exceptional manufacturer and exporter to recruit their new Senior HR Advisor for their Dungannon site. Within this role you will join a thriving HR team and make an impact at a senior level. Working Hours:8-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8-2:15pm on a Friday. The role: Provide guidance and coaching to managers, supervisors, and team members. Performance management & employee engagement. Management of the recruitment life cycle from inception to completion. HR policies and practices. Proactively manage absence and employee relations issues. Manage Salaried Payroll administration. Planning, organising and delivering training & development for team members at all levels. Other ad-hoc duties as required. About you: HR related Degree is desirable. 5 Years HR Generalist experience at Advisor Level or above Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or relevant professional qualification. Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and the ability to apply it in a practical manner.
