HR Assistant required (immediate start available)

Position: HR Assistant

Location: Basingstoke

Hours: Full time - Permanent (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (pa)

Due to ongoing company growth at Tomato Homes/Tomato Energy, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR assistant to be part of our successful journey.

Core Objectives:

• Input data entry on Human Resource Management system.
• Assist with typing letters and sending emails.
• Carry out day to day HR Admin Tasks.
• Fleet Management data entry.
• Absence Monitoring.
• Sickness and gathering Data reports.
• Support with staff engagement.
• First line HR Response to internal and external queries.
• Minute taking for grievance, disciplinary and other HR related matters.
• Assisting with Onboarding applicants.

Person specifications/requirements:

• Minimum 18 months HR Admin/Assistant experience.
• Able to assist in basic Employment Relation issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• IT Literate and Proficient in MS Office skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
