Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to be an influential and credible point of contact on our site in Telford. As a HRBP, your role will involve working across Business Operations areas and other support functions to deliver a collaborative approach, ensuring value is added through the delivery of HR people related corporate agenda. A crucial part of your role is to ensure that all employees receive a seamless experience to drive Diligenta as a true employer of choice.
Hybrid working in Telford; open to full-time and part-time.

- Create, develop, and manage HR solutions that support the effective operation of the business, in line with our People Proposition.
- Enable the delivery of the People Proposition, aligning closely with the corporate HR strategy, and promoting HR Best Practice.
- Advise, educate, and develop the business in all people related matters through understanding the business and client needs, effective communication, and robust relationships.
- Support and deliver specific project and change programmes, as well as participating in key HR projects and initiatives.
- Support defines business areas to continually develop and embed the company values, behaviours and competencies, proactively supporting the desired culture, Employer Brand and financial targets
- Proven experience of managing Organisational Change, Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Thorough and up to-date understanding of current employment legislation and HR best practice
- Proven experience of managing or supporting TUPE in and/or out exercises
- Robust experience of leading or supporting on significant change management programmes within HR
- A self-starter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; someone able to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
