Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading provider of Complex Care services for adults and children. They are now seeking a new Recruitment Business Partner to oversee central recruitment needs across Shrewsbury.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an expert in internal recruitment and will have proven experience of resourcing at a high volume within the Health and Social Care sector. They will have experience of managing or leading a team of recruiters. The client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic candidate who is excited by the opportunity to work for an organisation that puts service users at the centre of what they do.
The Role
The role will be focused on the recruitment of Care Workers into the organisation, and so the role will include visiting services and working closely with regional manager and branch manager to get an understanding of recruitment needs in the patch and developing recruitment strategies accordingly. You will also be responsible for a small team of internal recruiters for the area who will report directly into you.
Location
This role will be based from home but with a strong expectation to be present in services across the path. You will manage your own diary but can expect to be on sites 50% of the time. Therefore, it is essential that the successful candidate is happy with travel across the region and has reliable access to a vehicle.
Interview Process
The interview process will consist of an initial introductory phone call, followed by a formal interview including a presentation.
