They aim to provide a safe and secure environment for residents while focusing on reducing reoffending through rehabilitation, education, and training.The prison is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to join their Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be strategic, have strong stakeholder engagement skills, and be able to influence with integrity as well as strong operational skills. They will oversee the HR function within the prison and manage the local HR team , providing direction to drive performance and achieve positive outcomes.
