POSITION SUMMARY
To assist the HR Manager and the Director of Human Resources in maintaining positive internal and external relationships with both Associates and Managers. Provide a consistent high standard of HR Support, training design and delivery as well as non administration support to the Human Resources Department to deliver achievement of the business goals and strategies. Position works with HR team to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resources Office including recruitment, total compensation and training and development. Focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of ambassadors and enable business success; ensures compliance with legislation and Marriott International operating procedures.
