NICVA is recruiting a HR Manager to manage and deliver the full range of HR services internally and provide HR advice and guidance to organisations in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Northern Ireland.
About the role

Salary: £40,221 – £42,403 per annum
Status of the post: Full time (35 hours)
The post holder will be responsible for delivering the full range of HR services internally, coaching managers through all aspects of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, providing HR advice to Voluntary and Community sector organisations and delivering training on a variety of common HR topics.
The successful candidate is likely to be a great communicator, work well both independently and within a team, will be resilient and adaptable and enjoys the diversity of delivering on a wide range of HR issues and projects.
