The role
As an Implementation and Support Manager (Training Services), you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary and pivotal to the development and creation of a new centralised function within the training business unit.
Day to day, you'll support with the development of the Training Services function. Drive forward projects, developments, initiatives, opportunities, and improvements.
- Work across Training Services to develop solutions and opportunities for improvement.
- Review existing processes with the aim of establishing best practice and a consistent approach across the business unit.
- Develop and manage project plans for new services and initiatives.
- Support in the creation of business processes (including process mapping) across the Training Services departments.
- Monitor and manage any Training Services related contractual KPIs.
This role is full time, 40 hours based in South England - Portsmouth, Bristol and London.
Essential experience of the Implementation and Support Manager (Training Services):
- Experience leading and managing a project.
- An understanding of the training market and delivery
- Experience in the defence sector, ideally within the army arena
- Experience in the implementation of new processes
