Leamington Primary and Nursery Academy want to appoint an Inclusion Leader to work as part of the senior leadership team to provide high quality, supportive, engaging practice for the pupils in our school. To start September 2024.
This is a non-class based role, dedicated to providing support and advice to staff, pupils and families. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children. Each of our individual roles impacts our children's future, so we put them at the heart of the decisions we make and the services we provide.

Leamington Primary and Nursery Academy, is part of The Flying High Partnership which consists of two distinct parts: Flying High Trust and Flying High Futures. Flying High Trust is a Multi Academy Trust of 30 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham City. Our Flying High family work hard to deliver the best possible opportunities to our children. We are looking for someone who:

Your core duties will be:
- Working as part of the leadership team as part of the strategic vision for the school
- Leading SEND across the school
- Leading attendance and behaviour in school
- Working with outside agencies to support pupils in school
- Applying for funding to support pupil need across school, including EHCP applications
- Supporting staff in providing quality provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs
