We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager for a 3 month contract to join an incredible, well known mental health charity, to grow their supporter base, increase life time value and deliver exceptional supporter experiences using both acquisition and retention activities.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office

A passionate and inclusive mental health charity, dedicated to making a direct impact in supporting people affected by mental illness and those closest to them. The Role
Deliver the Individual Giving programme, against a 5 year growth strategy increasing income from 320k (2024-2025) to 1.3m by 2028 supported by significant investment.
Use a variety of direct marketing channels including digital, and develop authentic content to deliver outstanding engagement campaigns and supporter journeys for regular givers, cash supporters and payroll givers.
Take ownership and management of budget, providing monthly variance and status reports to the Head of Individual Giving & Legacies.
Manage and support the Individual Giving Officer.
The Candidate
Strong experience in managing individual programmes and campaigns (acquisition and retention).
Demonstrable direct marketing and/or fundraising experience across a variety of direct and digital channels.
Experience of managing income and expenditure budgets.
Previous experience managing at least one direct report.
