I am recruiting for an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist for a 12-month contract based in the West Midlands.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of the Long-Term IR strategy and action plan.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and minimise risks.
- Engage with unions and Employer Relation forums to implement changes linked to the program.
- Conduct reviews of current terms and conditions, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for new roles and terms and develop costed recommendations.
- Collaborate with unions on negotiation, consultation, and communication of changes.
- Represent the company at external meetings.
Industrial Relations Specialist experience.
- Proven experience in Industrial Relations and change management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results.
