Senior Programme Manager | London (Hybrid 3 days in) | £130-150k + Bonus + Benefits
A Senior Programme Manager are required for a FinTech based in London. Working with CTO and leadership teams to take charge of a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at managing complex initiatives, and capable of aligning diverse teams to achieve common goals. The Senior Programme Manager requires a deep understanding of creating modern software products, excellent organisational skills and a proven track record in successful program delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management - oversee and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - collaborate with stakeholders from various business areas to understand project requirements and expectations. Facilitate communication and ensure a common understanding among cross-functional teams.
- Risk Management - identify and assess potential risks associated with program delivery and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays or deviations from the established plan.
- Resource Allocation - Defining, sourcing and managing the necessary resources to complete these programmes and sub-projects, making timely changes where necessary to achieve objectives.
- Reporting and Communication - provide regular updates to executive leadership on the progress of the program. Develop and deliver clear and concise reports highlighting key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
