Position: Senior Programme Manager

Duration: 1 year FTC

Salary: £85,000 - £90,000

Location: Central London - Hybrid

Position Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a robust background in program management. The preferred candidate should excel in handling intricate technology projects with tight deadlines across various time zones.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global teams, Product, and Engineering Teams to execute strategic programs effectively.
• Foster teamwork across diverse geographical locations by promoting collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Develop program plans, manage timelines, and ensure end-to-end delivery with a strong emphasis on quality and punctuality.
• Organize and facilitate workshops for large groups with precision and attention to detail.
• Establish program deliverables and enforce accountability through diligent tracking and follow-up on action items until completion.
• Supervise multiple project teams to ensure the attainment of program objectives.
• Generate comprehensive program reports for stakeholders' insights.
• Proactively identify and address program risks to facilitate a smoother path to success and minimize potential disruptions.
• Ensure consistent stakeholder experience by maintaining transparent communication regarding program status, resource needs, priorities, risks, and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in project/program management roles.
• Extensive experience collaborating with technical teams, encompassing product management, operations, engineering, and more.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Skill in effectively communicating issue urgency and escalating when necessary.
• Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology, with practical expertise in JIRA Platform and Confluence.
• Experience in overseeing AdTech-related programs is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple programs concurrently, engaging with various stakeholders.
• Proven skill in effective communication across different organizational hierarchies and management tiers.
