We’re looking for an experience Influencer executive to manage and run the day-to-day of our in-house Influencer affiliate programme.

Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for to day-to-day management of our Influencer affiliate programme
• Recruitment and management of onboarding Influencers onto programme, meeting set KPIs.
• Weekly reporting across various platforms and monitoring performance across Instagram, and Tik Tok.
• Work alongside the Influencer team on campaign delivery process/campaign delivery report and providing a tier system for each campaign / notifying expected deliverables.
• Influencer marketing developments (keeping up to date with any industry changes, new developments and feeding back to the team)
• Managing external Influencer reporting tools
• Assist in wider team send out’s to support upcoming campaigns
• Management of all influencer/ supplier PO’s and budget tracking.
• Ownership of the influencer calendar from a fashion campaign perspective.

• Previous experience working in an Influencer Affiliate Marketing role
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
• Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
• Confident in reporting at a top line level
• Experience working with Influencers
