Salary: £22,369 - £24,054 pro rata

Send and You delivers the ‘SENDIAS’’ (Special Educational Needs & Disability Information Advice & Support) service for three local authorities: Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire. Our office is in Bristol.

What will you be doing?
This role involves responding to enquiries to our Information, Advice & Support (IAS) line from parents, carers and Young people. You will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to deal confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
We will provide you with fully accredited training to carry out this role.
What we need from you
We are looking for an excellent team player with a strong focus on improving outcomes forchildren, young people and their families. You will strive for excellentstandards of customer service, showing empathy and understanding and offeringtimely information and signposting.
The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
