Information Governance

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Greater London to recruit an experienced Information Governance Officer on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• The Information Governance Officer will support the Trust’s Information Governance team in the delivery of the Trust’s Information Governance (IG) strategy and compliance programme.
• This post will be responsible for managing the day to day operational enquiries within the organisation against compliance against Information Governance/Data Protection.
• Monitor, co-ordinate and process all requests against the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations and the Trust’s procedure for dealing with requests for information

Previous experience within the NHS would be preferred, a minimum of experience within the Public Sector.
