Infrastructure Engineer (Windows VMWare Hyper-V) Tolworth / WFH to £55k

Are you a technologist Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys working on complex, large scale systems with continual learning and development opportunities, including paid for certifications?

You could be progressing your career at a global IT Service Provider that mange technology solutions for major corporate businesses with multiple datacentres and globally distributed workforces.

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for customer IT infrastructure builds, deployment and maintenance including installation, configuration, storage and network hardware and software components inline with client requirements. You'll be hands-on with racking and stacking, VMWare, Windows and Hyper-V configuration, ensuring they meet the agreed quality and service agreement standards. You will be a direct client contact, ensuring successful project delivery, feeding back to the PMO team and providing accurate "as built" documentation.

You'll be encouraged to keep up to date with emerging technologies and innovations and will be supported to grow your career with paid for professional certifications.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in the Tolworth / Surbiton office (free parking available) or on client sites in and around London for 3 days a week with the other two work from home in a hybrid model. There's also the opportunity to enjoy global company meet-ups once a quarter (previous destinations have included South Africa and the US to meet the teams there!).

About you:

• You're an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a broad knowledge of industry leading technology
• You have experience of installing and managing Windows Servers; VMWare / Hyper-V
• You have excellent client facing and communication skills
• You enjoy learning and have a genuine interest in technology and keep up to date with emerging trends
• You have a current, valid UK driver's license
