What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of high-performing sales representatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, exceed targets, and achieve outstanding results.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that thrives on healthy competition and continuous improvement.
• Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of your team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Motivate and drive the performance of a team of 15+ Business Sales Consultants
• Complete daily quality checks, live coaching, and feedback sessions with the team to ensure that the standard of calls is excellent.
• To review team performance daily and support the team individually and, with ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and ensure that targets are achieved.
