Description
The role is to support the sales engineer working with customers and potential customers in multiple industries including aerospace, automotive and defence. This is a demanding and exciting role for the appropriate person with the opportunity to develop within the organisation.
Key Accountabilities
· Lead finding.
. Generating new opportunities and introduction meetings.
. Developing online business profile.
· Supporting the Sales and Application Engineering team.
· Quoting.
· Maintenance Contract Administration.
. Developing sales campaigns on specific applications.
Candidate Profile
This position requires a personable, motivated & proactive candidate. The successful applicant will need to manage their time, meet project targets and work along with the sales team to pursue continual growth targets.
Cold calling and developing new leads will be part of the role so an understanding of our products and engineering would be beneficial but can be trained.
The position is office based.
The candidate will be expected to contact potential customers at all levels within large and small organisations with the ability to clearly communicate and deliver information to introduce G2`s products and services.
Desirable skills & experience.
· Engineering background.
· Knowledge of metrology and manufacturing processes.
. Telesales experience
. PC literate. MS Office, CRM
Remuneration negotiable based on experience.
Flexible hours could be available.
Location at our UK office in Yeovil.
