Insight Manager

We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Product and Proposition Insight Team for a talented and motivated Insight Manager.

The role involves actively managing relationships with stakeholders across Product & Proposition, Marketing, and Innovation, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making and support the achievement of our commercial objectives.

Our team is well-established and has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services industry. By joining us, provides the opportunity to gain experience from these professionals and become an integral part of shaping the future.

With the evolving commercial business, navigating challenges with data and refining our operating model is essential for success. The role will allow the opportunity to address these challenges and drive meaningful change.

It’s important you have a pragmatic approach to working with imperfect data, with a focus on eliciting meaningful insights.

You will have the ability to interpret complex issues, offer creative solutions and to present these in simple, engaging, and visual ways.

Your technical skillset demonstrates a high level of proficiency for Microsoft Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Cognos. BI Developer would be an advantage.
