Main Purpose of the Role:
The Insights and Impact Manager will work with the Head of Campaigns to devise and deliver the organisation's Data, Insights and Impact strategy, including the CRM Strategy & data to ensure the deepest understanding of audiences, participants and visitors and measure the impact of our output, ensuring this delivers on our vision and achieves our overall strategic objectives. They will be responsible for developing an understanding of all those who engage with Norwich Theatre's work - including theatre attendees, participants, customers/visitors and supporters - and advise on how this intelligence can be used to drive sales, increase attendance and the diversity of our audiences and inform future planning.
