Currently, they are in search of an experienced Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with over three years of post-qualification experience from a well-regarded London firm. The insolvency matters to be undertaken include:
Director and Shareholder Disputes: Developing strategies for directors and shareholders to recover losses, prevent disputes, and mitigate damage to profitability, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes.
Insolvency and Restructuring: Providing comprehensive advice throughout all stages of the insolvency and restructuring processes, catering to creditors, debtors, and insolvency practitioners.
Debt Recovery Claims: Tailoring recovery services to each client's unique needs to ensure a swift, cost-effective, and positive resolution.
