OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly reputable team.
• Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• The team advise on a variety of insolvency matters to include, wrongful trading, personal guarantees, and reviewing security documents, liquidity, disqualifications and debt recovery.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment and under pressure.
• Hybrid & flexible working options available, 1 day per work in the office.
