You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, directors and companies.
Ideally your skills and experience should include:
- Qualified Solicitor, 3+ years’ PQE
- Experience of a wide range of insolvency matters
- Overseeing the work of junior colleagues including paralegals and trainees
- Marketing and business development
As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of insolvency law which should be combined with good academics.
