Form of workInspection OperativePrestigious Aerospace Rubber Component Manufacturing Company based in Hinckley are looking for an Inspection Operative to join them on a temp to perm basis.The Inspection Operative is involved in trimming, buffing and visual and dimensional inspection of each manufactured part.You will also be required to pack aerospace grade rubber components; complete basic traceability paperwork following each job and will need to overcheck and complete components as required.The job requires good attention to detail, dexterity and the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. For the correct person training will be given, though previous experience would of course be ideal.Hours of work: --39 hours per week-Mon-Thurs: 6:30am – 3:30pm (2 off 15min paid break, 1 off 30min unpaid lunch)-Fri: 6:30am – 11:30am (1off 15min paid break)Rate of Pay: --£10.42 per hour, rising to £11.44 per hour after 3 months
