Job Title: Integrated Business Plan and Resource Manager

Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Reporting to the IBP (Integrated Business Plan)and Resource Manager to support and deliver Air Procurement Function and SDU wide IBP Management & activities
- Support the implementation of an effective Sales & Operations planning process for the Air Procurement Function and SDU organisation
- Provide a resource provision drumbeat service (Demand & Supply & Actuals) across all appropriate stakeholders in the Air Procurement Function and SDU Businesses - including monthly LOB / Air Level review inputs
- Working in conjunction with the People Capability team and HR to inform and develop on behalf of the Air Procurement Function and SDU - topical IBP Projections and provide governance / assurance on adherence to IBP - inclusive of recruitment / attrition and People Development considerations.
- Working in conjunction with the People Capability team - Provide IBP Non labour governance for Learning and Development requirements
- Support the Co-ordination of Cost Base activities including Reforecasts for the Procurement Function and SDU Businesses
- Support the Non Labour element of the IBP including purchase orders and investments for the Air Procurement Function and SDU Businesses.
- Support all Resource Management activities - seeking improvement and efficiencies / Looking to drive Continuous Improvement in the process we run and support
Your skills and experiences:
- Ability to interface with people at different levels
- Ability to efficiently and effectively compile data, prepare reports and presentations
- Knowledge and application of labour and non-labour IBP processes and practices including sales and operations (labour) and cost base management
- Working knowledge of resource planning and management
- Broad Project Management experience advantageous

The Capability Hub team:
The Capability Hub is Multi-functional team of delivering Business Operations, IBP Management, Data Analytics and Project Control for the Procurement Function and Strategic Procurement SDU.
Responsibilities include Development and delivery of the Integrated Business Plan for the Procurement Service Delivery Unity & Procurement Function (Circa 700 Heads), Control Account Management for Labour budgets, inc. Risk & Opportunity management, Earned Value Management and Latest Revised Quarterly Estimates. Business Operations for the Procurement SDU & Function and Creation and management of the Air Management Information Reporting Toolsets.
