The Intelligent Automation Manager will be responsible for driving value for the UK business by identifying, designing and implementing IA solutions. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand their business problems & requirements and define where IA could drive efficiency and quality improvements.
As the Intelligent Automation manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities for IA across business processes
- Planning and scoping IA development work
- Process assessment and mapping
- Designing, building, implementing and maintaining IA solutions
- Working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders
- Leading efforts to improve the understanding and application of IA within the UK
- Leading business input into agreeing and implementing IA standards
- Quality assurance of outputs and solutions
- Troubleshooting
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A passion for IA
- A proven track record of delivering IA solutions that meet business needs
- Strong experience with IA software e.g. BluePrism, UIPath, Pega
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proven track record of leading IA teams and/or projects
- Knowledge of IA principles and best practice
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud data architecture and platform technologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant field
