As Interim Benefits Manager you will support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that compensation practices are competitive and compliant with legal regulation. You will work as part of the HR team to cover benefits across a global scale and collaborate with other departments to support overall employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to ensure competitive salary structures
- Participate in job evaluations and salary surveys
- Help prepare compensation reports and analyse data to support decision-making
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries and issues
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employee benefits
- Experience in a compensation and benefits/ reward or closely related HR role
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices, including regulation across jurisdictions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
