Job Description
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Compliance Officer' should have:
- A strong understanding of compliance regulations within the Housing sector
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a Property department
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Adept at fostering a culture of compliance within an organisation
