INTO’s mission: Transforming international student academic and career success through exceptional university partnerships.
INTO is a successful global business with most of its people in the UK, US, and China. We are on a journey to enhance our People Business Partnering capacity. As Director, UK People Business Partnering, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional people services, focusing on business priorities, and enabling INTO's talented individuals to reach their full potential.
To realise its potential, INTO needs to have a People Team ready to deliver on business priorities such as effective capability and performance management, local support of training and development, compliance with policy and legislation, change management and performance coaching, as well as focussed attention on the delivery of reliably great service and supporting change initiatives.
Your role will be to lead our Regional People Partners, and local HR Managers for our 9 UK Education Centres, in providing reliably great people services, which focus on business priorities and enabling INTO’s people to achieve their potential, driving change and embedding excellence.
You will be hands-on, as a people partner for our senior leaders, providing pragmatic advice and guidance to solve challenges and build value based on clear understanding of business priorities and culture.
Location: Any location in the UK. Some travel to our London and Brighton offices, and our UK Centres will be required.
Application process: We adopt an on-going recruitment process; we review applications as they are submitted. All applications will receive a response.
