Stanton House is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager to join a PE-backed Business in Sussex on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This contract pays £300-£400pd Inside IR35 and offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 8-10 people from Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billings.
- Ensure the end-to-end processes for AP, AR and Billings.
- Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices, payments and collections.
- Implement process enhancements for improved efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows.
- Continuously evaluate financial processes for optimisation opportunities.
- Utilise technology solutions for automated and optimised financial processes.
- Work on Ad Hoc projects as and when required.
To be suitable for this role you must have the following:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Substantial experience managing both AP and AR functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing audit requirements for AP/AR teams.
- Experience in implementing and overseeing financial systems and technologies.
- Strong and empathetic team management skills.
