Interim Housing Officer

A Housing Officer is required for a temporary position, primarily responsible for managing a diverse range of social housing properties and providing excellent customer service to tenants in the Manchester area.

Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of social housing properties in Manchester.
• Provide outstanding customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Work closely with community partners to maintain safe and healthy living environments.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address any issues related to property maintenance or repairs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the property team to implement sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with tenant applications and lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management.
