Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ER department
- Develop and implement HR/ER strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Profile
A successful Interim HR Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Demonstrable experience in Employee Relationa operations management
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice
