Job description
My London based Local Government client is looking for an experienced HR Professional to join the team on an interim basis to review and modernise the Councils policy suite.
This is excellent opportunity for someone who has strong employment law knowledge to take ownership for this dedicated project.
In addition to updating the policies you will also support the set up of FAQs and responses for a new Ask HR service. This will involve communicating with key stakeholders and staff to identify what FAQs are likely to asked and generating simple to interpret responses.
Candidates will ideally have experience of undertaking a similar role in Local Government or the wider Public Sector and you must be able to start at relative short note.
