SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Managing Director to join a SME to support them through their next phase of growth. This specialist manufacturing and engineering business is looking for their next leader to help inject some ambition. The aim is to grow the business with a view to exit, but the immediate focus will be to assess the business and people, nurture and develop the team and put together a growth and improvement strategy. The business is profitable but their is room for improvement across the whole business.
The suitable candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Prior experience as an Interim MD in a manufacturing and engineering business
- PE experience would be advantageous
- Experience of working and improving the performance of small teams
- Must be just as comfortable with customers as they are shop floor
- Must be immediately available
- Must be prepared to travel
