- Lead and manage the Human Resources team effectively.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Profile
A successful Interim People Services Team Leader should have:
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Strong understanding of labour law and employment equity regulations.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Job Offer
- Salary range of £36,000 - 38,000 per year.
