Intermediate & Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently partnering with a leading Property & Construction Consultancy, who are recruiting for an Intermediate & Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to have a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe, and with wider global capability. This role will be based in their Manchester office.

They have an impressive client list including the likes of American Airlines, NHS Foundation Trust, Jaguar Landrover & Bank of Ireland.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £40,000 - £65,000 and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Dealing with pre and post contract services for a MoJ framework

• Working on projects to upgrade prison and court room facilities

• Positively engaging with clients and developing, growing and maintaining client relationships.

• Managing risk processes and value management

• Developing the cost management strategy and delivery

• Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project

Experience required:

• Experience in the public or private sector

• Worked on similar projects in the past

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge of PPC2000 is desired

• Excellent verbal, numerical and report/proposal writing skills

• Excellent people skills and communicator, both with client teams and team based

• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
