Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence and compliance? We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our clients team. As the Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of operations through customer journey reviews, second-line checks, and ad-hoc audits, contributing to the overall success and integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of the customer journey to ensure alignment with established standards and quality assurance.
• Verify the accuracy and reliability of quality assurance assessments through second-line checks, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Proactively identify and assess potential risks, conducting ad-hoc audits to address and mitigate these risks effectively.
• Perform internal audits across various business areas, including:Management:121’s (One-on-One Meetings)
• Feedback Processes
• Ongoing Training Programs
• Complaints Handling

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
