Internal Recruiter - up to £27,000 per annum – 37.5 hours per week, Halesowen - Hybrid home and office working
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced internal Recruiter to join our busy but fun team in our Halesowen Support Centre. Please note there will be a requirement to be based from our office in Halesowen 1 day per week with the remaining days being home based. There may be additional requirements to be office based initially to support with training and induction and longer term to attend meetings however the role will predominantly be home based.
As a Recruiter you will oversee the recruitment for our residential children's homes, building excellent working relationships across the group.

As a Recruiter you will:
- Build excellent working relationships across the organisation
- Advertise roles as needed across a number of platforms
- Utilise CV databases to seek the strongest candidates
- Strive to continually challenge our recruitment processes and candidate attraction methods to ensure we are aiming to be a sector leader
- Review and sift CVs, always striving to select the best candidates in the market
- Call large volumes of candidates to schedule interviews
- Provide feedback to candidates – both positive and negative
- Compile weekly reports
- Arrange and attend large scale recruitment open events
- Complete candidate offers including contracts and offer letters
- Resolve queries by telephone, email and face to face
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter that is:
- Experienced in volume recruitment, managing multiple vacancies across a number of geographical locations at any one time
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise
- Motivated by a passion for quality and great customer service
- Experienced in recruiting within in the care sector (advantageous)
- Experienced with managing high volumes of applications
- Organised with an outstanding ability to prioritise
- Willing with a 'Can-do' attitude
- A great communicator with attention to detail
- Computer literate
